I just got it set up a couple of days ago and so far I am ecstatic about the service. Moved out into the east mountains of NM (east of Albuquerque) a bit ago and have been through several different services. Most of them gave mediocre at best speeds and were wildly inconsistent and required resetting the device at least daily but often multiple times a day. So far with Nomad I have excellent speed and am not constantly rebooting.
I have Nomad and love it, tried Hughes, Verizon MiFi, Synergy, Solis, Skyroam, attempted Starlink (big $$$ and can't have trees, not mobile) Nomad is the only one that allows me to stream, connect multiple devices; I have the travel plan so we can take it RV'ing. Try it you have nothing to lose — no contracts, no data limits. They now have different management, 24/7 call service, online chat w/repair, and more advanced equipment.
Best internet I've found out here in BFE. No throttling and I'm gaming and streaming with no problems. Large game updates that are like 165 gigs may take a day. Besides that I'm loving it. I was about ready to move because of the lack of internet. I'm good now.
Just did a speed test. Download is 155 Mbps and upload is 19.1 Mbps. We need to have internet for work and Nomad has been amazing for work, streaming TV, gaming and our Alexa. We have used it in several states with no issues. Extremely happy with the service and that there is no set up or take down on travel days and we don't have to worry about any obstructions.
I was locked out of the portal today and Dennis Clark was so helpful. He got me in and helped me make changes to my acct. I have had nothing but nice people whenever I have had to have help. It is more expensive, but I live in a farming area with little to no service otherwise and I have enjoyed the service so far (over 2 years)
I am really pleased with Nomad internet. I get 30mb to 100mb+ speed all the time. Had one small issue with accounting and Sam Martin fixed it over the phone. I live in the country and reliable internet has been a long term problem til now! I recommend this after a months usage.
This company has helped me throughout the times of being in a rural area. I was able to have good internet , but the most impressive situation is when the system automatically renewed a plan I did not want to be on and it took 300 dollars from me. Bryan and Sarah of the billing department quickly where able to see the account details and when it was incorrect and issued me a refund the same day I got a hold of them. I dealt with a guy named Sam Fash. He was very helpful in giving insight to their product. I live in a trailer court and am looking for internet better than what BrightSpeed offers. He was knowledgeable enough for me to purchase it right away and after I test it

I've been using Nomad for 3 years now as a full time RVer. I've never been throttled. Support is usually chat or email, but once you get past the AI bot their chat support is really good. Had a little billing snafu and Mark helped me out super quick. I highly recommend nomad.
Nomad Internet services has been very convenient and enjoyable to have while driving OTR. My weekly route takes me into remote rural communities and farm lands and when shutdown for my 10hr resets, I am still receiving 250+ Mbps downstream and 15 to 20 Mbps upstream. Very impressive for a SIM based service. I am able to stream TV & Movie service while being on the internet via my laptop or smartphone at the same time.
Max performed my requests in a timely and very professional manner. Nomad had served me loyal throughout my travels up and down the East coast. I've been using Nomad for almost a year and a half now. Their service was easy to setup. I primarily use my internet for streaming shows, online gaming, and video business meetings. The connection provides reliable upload and download speeds for me to do those things. It's been a great to have, and I'm able to live my RV lifestyle. I'm writing this review and giving them 5 stars is because I had a couple of issues at one point, and the way Nomad handled each issue I couldn't have asked for better outcomes. They made things right, and showed that they really value me as a customer.
Nomad Internet is a great internet service provider. I had an issue with billing when my account was due on a Sunday. I expressed to Tech Support Rep Donald Vikers that I work from home and couldn’t afford to lose my job. He gathered information needed for the billing department and was able to get me an extension on my bill. Also was able to reconnect my services so that I could continue working. I’m overly grateful for his ability to go above and beyond. As well as take my issue with a sense of urgency. Thank you again Donald!
I was beyond frustrated with the service being out this long. To make matter worst I work from home! This disrupted my quality of work not to mention took time talking to person after person but today I had the help and support I needed. Kudos to Jonathon for all your help and excellent service when I was ready to cancel the service.
I've had great service with Nomad for our home wifi for a few years now. But I ran into a problem with the router at my office. I was able to reach tech support by text and Donald was a big help! He went through all the troubleshooting steps with me and determined the router was defective. He offered to send a replacement right away and explained the return process. Donald was very helpful!
