What’s Changing
Starting today, we’re moving to a new, streamlined model:
The Try Before You Buy program is officially closed.
First month + activation fee due at checkout. Every new customer will pay their first month of service upfront, along with a small activation fee.
SafePay becomes optional. Customers are no longer required to use SafePay.
However, those who choose it will enjoy higher membership levels and faster shipping speeds.
Nomad Lite Plan discontinued. Due to popular demand, the Nomad Power Plan is returning for new customers.
What’s Staying
We’ve listened closely to our community, and we’re keeping the things that matter most:
Free Modems. Every customer will continue to receive a modem at no cost, or choose an upgraded Nomad Mini Mobile Modem for a low fee.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Instead of a free trial, every order comes with peace of mind: if you’re not satisfied, return your modem within 14 days for a full refund—shipping label included.
No Monthly Rental Fees. Unlike many providers, we’ll never charge you to “rent” the equipment. Your modem is included, always.
What’s Not Changing for Current Customers
Existing orders are not affected. If you’ve already placed an order, nothing changes for you.
